Recently we engaged the services of ‘First Aid Near Me’ and we were extremely glad we did. Luke was very professional and went above and beyond to meet our expectations. We as educators can at times find professional development a drain on our time and take us away from our core business. The online platform was extremely easy to use and allowed our team to do the theory work at our own pace, in our own time which was very beneficial and did not impact our critical time. The online modules were very clear, well-paced and planned. The detail was excellent and explanations were clear and sequential. Luke made allowances for our busy schedule by setting our practical exam at a time that worked in with our schedule, by doing so we avoided having to handle the large cost in wages of having all staff out for a whole day for First Aid and CPR Training. The practical assessment was a great combination of tips, real world advice and assessment. I walked away feeling confident and clear on delivering first aid if necessary in many areas. All in all, it was a refreshing way to complete our first aid and a very personal and tailored approach.
